What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Tonight we had a very rude server working at the second window who complained about making us another drink because they didn't know how to make sweet tea. It seemed like they were unhappy with their job, just like at McDonald's. View all feedback.
If I could give 0 stars, I would, the workers standing outside in front of smoking and watching me move in. they went in and turned out all the lights while I sat in the car, waited, although it was over an hour to close.
The service was great. First time trying the chicken sandwich was good cook just right.
I’m sure the people that work here are great, but why does corporate allow a store to look as dilapidated and run down as this one. It almost looks like a closed store and the place smells horrible. Hopefully they decide to bring this store into the 21st century at some point and work on speed and consistency on their line.Hands down, the slowest and most disgusting looking McDonald’s in the area. I would gladly change my review in the future, but as for now, it is what it is.
I understand the Covid climate and trying to work retail/fast food short staffed. It’s not easy. However during non-peak volume times when I go through and am one of two people in line, it blows my mind how an order can be completely screwed up. For example, I asked for no cheese on an item, it was reflected on the receipt (which means it was reflected on the order screen in the kitchen) and still got cheese on the item. Not even a complex order (two items). As mentioned, I understand staffing issues, but simple mistakes like these can be prevented by using one’s eyeballs.
Employees were parked in all the mobile order spots.. when they brought my order out they told me next time I needed to park in a mobile spot.. when I clearly couldn't cause their vehicles were in those spots.. bad experience..
