"Delicious food, great service, cozy atmosphere! Good understanding of food allergies and how to manage Celiac disease. All their sauces are made with potato starch, not flour. Server explained which elements I could not have in the menu – that was a small section. No dedicated kitchen room, but very well knowledgeable carefully staff who use a fresh pan utensils to prepare food. Recommend the grilled goat cheese with vegetables and homemade pesto!"

"In general, shortly after the turn, the first experiences were in the east of Thüringer Hof in Leipzig and the fireball in Erfurt. Both after my remote memory under still GDR conditions very neat. At the end of the season I wanted to deepen my professional experience and a four-day trip to Erfurt came by in mid-October. Culinaryly, nothing came from southern Germany in Erfurt and so Thuringian Kost and once Russ were booked twice. First, the stimulating fireball. When we entered, the memory came and it seemed to me that nothing had changed. It won't be like that after the turn, the fireball has two renovations behind it. But the ambience was preserved. Today the fireball is one of the first addresses for Thuringian cuisine at Touris, but also locals. I can recommend a return, even if not all completely convinced. If you want to return, you can first agree on the photo gallery and the menu on the homepage and also make an online reservation that will be answered quickly [here link] On Thursday evening the fireball quickly filled at 6:00 and only on three tables in the middle row were no reservation marks. Couples, small and medium groups populated the manageable restaurant. Although only a stone's throw away from the Krämerbrücke, in the tourist center of Erfurt, prices are civilian and only four stars for the price-performance ratio. Service Two younger women and two men performed the work behind the counter and at the tables. Much value is placed on a uniform and adrettes appearance: white shirts or blouses under a dark vest, under which long black waiter laces are connected. A red tie serves as a color cup. Our waitress clearly explained what you need to imagine under a fried clover pack. When this court was ordered and the neighboring table was already looked at, my constant companion left the courage for the afternoon meal at the train station and the fore soup and asked for a cancellation that was uncompromisingly accepted. It was also unproblematic because after the soup a longer, pleasant break was granted. The drinks always came to the table. A pepper mill quickly flew after the wish and Brav was always asked if it tasted. Even if it broke well, there was no hectic. This leads to four stars, also because of the culmination shown on the stono request. The beverage prices that I have recorded in recent months, in particular in beer prices, are increasingly spread, which is due to the fact that some hosts in their 08/15 operation have slightly exceeded the 3-€ limit for my comparative measure 0.3 l. There's the fireball. Riebeck, Hacker-Pschorr and Köstritzer come for 0.3 l to 2,60 € and half is available for 3,90 €; Wheat 3.80 €. Water 0.75 l stands on the map with 4.80 € and the twelve open red and white wines are between 4.20 and 4.90 €, including the next wines of Saale and Unstrut. So first the potato soup with a crowned quarter slice of red sausage and fresh herbs €4.20 on the Buck, €3.90 on the map that I now notice. Fresh herbs were represented by parsley. A teaspoon of spicy oil formed a film on the soup. This ally and very bright, but this did not lead to an excessive cream addition. The spices were good for the kitchen. I had a little too dry and had no sleep or spices for me like a strong nutmeg. The sauerkraut is slightly liquid and mild and well suited for the sausages. The kitchen had probably used for the potato soup. The sausages or better the sausage mass could be very nicely removed from the intestine. The red sausage is very strongly seasoned, peppery, and I also helped Piment. The liver is slightly milder, but also deculent. The stuffed ribbed piece was only dry and did not contribute to the shell. But because of the good sausage, I didn't regret my choice. The grits pudding played against the second band and the pussy was spooned quickly with pleasure. It should be noted that the kitchen understands too season. Heat the soup properly and refine the ram potatoes. I'll stay at 3.5 stars by then. By the way, the dishes were all really good and the two tennis ball-size clubs on the plates should be sown with vegetables and meat supplements. Ambiente Dunkles wood dominates: wall panels to the chest height, counters, open glass cabinet, simple chairs and the naked tables with black inserts. This is contrasted by bright walls and a bright parquet floor. Worth seeing the ceilings with dark wooden beams and ledges that form a kind of diamond pattern. The white ceiling and metal wall lamps complement the colors wood, wall and ceilings. There is only one gramophone in my eye on decoration. The room is open and high. However, the noise level was still loadable because the companies were either not yet heated or consisted of moral contemporaries. The place on the table was good and tightly placed it is not in the fire ball. In a small beer garden completely surrounded by house walls, it can eat and drink well in the fresh air. Cleanliness Everything very well maintained; the toilets modern, clean and fresh."
