as someone who was many times after japan, I enjoyed the toncottsu rays very much! the broth was thick and tasteful. the toppings were also nice. the service was fast and the dame was very friendly. my ramen arrived in less than 10 minutes after the order. the miso karamell eis was too creamy and not too sweet. only one note would be to heat the meat before it is served.
