Definitely the best burgers in Sofia. Loved the quality and recipes. The service was great but quite busy. We had to wait quite some time for the bill or quick orders like drinks, which is definitely not a problem for us but it is something that in my opinion needs improvement as it seemed understaffed for the amount of clients that were present. What User doesn't like about Boom! Burgers Booze:
ordered through Glovo last night, 50 minutes later our order got cancelled because the restaurant didn’t have fries. After half an hour of support trying to contact them we finally managed to place our order again. We waited another 40 minutes, only to get cold burgers and no coke because they forgot it, even though we were charged for it. Thanks for the 2 bgn voucher, that really solved everything View all feedback.
