What KadiHarmon doesn't like about Hạ Long:
There are no vegan options on the menu without requesting changes, which can be difficult in Korea. I had to ask the man working there to check with his boss if it was possible to make my noodles without shrimp and fish sauce. The dish tasted good, but I'm not sure if I would return again.
