The Schnitzel Bomber - Soldotna

This place has amazing bratwurst with the best side of caramelized onions, bacon brat cabbage and whole grain mustard aioli. The frits are quite spectacular as well

Since the opening we order the Schnitzel Bomber. The carving, red cabbage, potatoes and engraving are the best you can find. I was stationed in Redstone Arsenal in the 1990s, home to the German rocket scientists who brought us to space. They used a restaurant with a German cook that once opened the week to serve schnitzel, red cabbage and potatoes. They had to reserve a week in advance. The quality and portions of the Schnitzel Bomber match what I have eaten there. I was also in Europe and can say this restaurant beats almost all places where I ate schnitzel. The Schnitzel Bomber gets five stars from me!

Today I treated Amanda Cumbie for this wonderful meal. I had the grilled Gouda sandwich with tomatoes roasted red pepper soup, pommes, with dessert. Amanda had the pork. During lunch there were no conversations. It just enjoyed our meals. Always a wonderful meal and at great prices.

My husband i have eaten here a handful of times and are ALWAYS impressed with the delicious food and wonderful kind customer service! We recommend to everyone lol we’re hooked!!

Delicious food. So fresh. Friendly staff. Love this place so much and the French fries are the bomb diggity. You guys are awesome.
