Working at a hospital can sometimes test ones mettle, but the NHS is built on good will, hope and community spirit and these qualities are in evidence in the staff at Queens and in the Costa coffee shop. What I582VImargareth doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
I haven't been in this Costa for a while as it's not clean in there at all,I did a review before about this but obviously nobody has taken any notice.I went to sit at a table with the soft bucket seats,there was crisps all over the seats and old food all round the seat back so I got some paper napkins and cleaned it all off so I could sit.I use many Coffee Shops in Solihull but this is the worst for cleanliness,there...
