We found this restaurant via trip advisor whilst staying at a local hotel. We phoned and book a table and everything was professionally dealt with. On arrival at the restaurant we were shown to a large table for our party of 4, the staff were very attentive from the outset. What User doesn't like about Everbright Thai Chinese:
I ordered a takeaway but when i received my food my spring rolls were soggy and cold my spare ribs were over cooked they were like leather (my dog had them in the end) I phoned up to leave my feed back and the lady on the phone called me a liar and she kept repeating your a liar your a liar. I have never known customer service like it absolutely disgusting at least listen to your customers. View all feedback.
