This pub restaurant has been recently refurbished. The large and pleasant interior has now been upgraded to a very good standard. There is also an outside terrace at the front and a garden to the rear. It is traditional pub food, the prices are reasonable and there are also very good value lunch offers. Awful. Two adults two children. Waited over 45 minutes for the food no mention of a delay upon ordering . Food came out cremated chips were like crisps. Childs sunday roast was burnt. Not one member of staff apologised for the delay nor did they ask if the food was ok. Great food and atmosphere, staff very friendly and efficient. It's a great place to eat and relax, highly recommend.
