Flat white costs 380rur here and this is not a real flat white. Overall its an overpriced place where's a barista coffee making knowledge is quite low.

"I wouldn’t hesitate to call Sakhalin the best restaurant in Russia. The freshest seafood is served in an elegant and original manner. A nice cocktail and wine list as well. Beware the price tag is of a 2-3 Michelin Stars restaurant, be prepared to pay high."

"Pleasant views. Service was adequate. Prices are significantly inflated and are not reflective of the quality of food. Drinks were a joke. I've never paid more in my life for a cup full of ice and zero alcohol. Flashy but zero substance. Go here if you like to pretend to be rich."

"Perfect view. Nice food. Dissapointing service. As I totally understood that the waiter might be occupied looking after several tables, I had not complain that he let our glasses empty and do not clean the table even after we finished the dishes, untill I asked to do. However there were more unpleasant things. 1. Around 13:00, the restaurant's workers (almost every workers) started to shout loudly and celebrate something, popping champagnes. If it happened once, it could be a fun episode. But it continued for more than 5 minutes, continuously popping several bottles of champagne. We had to stop the conversation, because we could not here voice of ourselves. Of course, the service also stopped at the same time. 2. When I tried to pay the bill, our waiter told me that the TIP is not included in the bill in Russia. I spoke English that day, but I have been in Moscow for several months. I know the thing. I was planning to leave the tip, and I left the tip. But if he did not say that word, I was more happy to leave it. I saw the same complaint on Google Review before the visit, and the same thing happened to me. Wow. So I was wondering whether this is the manual that the restaurant has indicated to the waiters when serving (seemingly) foreigners or the waiter made his own decision. Whatever it is, it is apparently unpleasant. Although food(especially scallops, oysters) was good, I do not recommend to visit."
