I had the pleasure of taking a tour of all that this beautiful hotel has to offer, and though I wasn't able to spend a night due to timing, I can say that next time I'm on Panajachel overnight, I will book a room. Rooms outdated. I thought they were animal friendly because sign in the garden says so... . Unfortunately in the morning there was a dog dying by the bay. It felt like he was poisoned !!?? ... We were devastated. I wouldn't recommend. View all feedback.
