"I was looking forward to this one. Had been craving Michelin quality in Solvang but was extremely disappointed. First, the positive, the menu set up and priced fixed was very well thought out with the concept of pricing and courses and the setting was really nice and charming bc of these I would recommend to a friend. However, when the choices had arrived, it was very anticlimactic. We had the Halibut and Wagyu. The Halibut was the driest piece of fish I had ever had. I couldn't finish it. It had no flavor and was bone dry. The beef was too salty and just didn't have that melt in the mouth impact I was expecting. Overall, I really want this to do well bc I really like the inn and the setting but I'm just disappointed. This was not Michelin guide ready. I will go back though to try it again to see for consistency"

"We had a very nice quiet dinner here. We were looking for a dinner dining place in Solvang, and this didn't disappoint. It's in a quaint hotel. You can sit inside or out. The bread looked delicious, but we didn't want to fill up. I loved my scallops, and my friend loved her halibut. The side of potatoes and the cream were amazing. Don't forget to get he dessert as well. I'd love to come back here for sure. Service: Dine in"
