What a gem in the middle of nowhere not much to look at but have ate there 3x for breakfast two times pancakes and sausage gravy and biscuits the pancakes are as big as the plate and thick the sausage gravy and biscuits are one of the best I have had and the staff is awesome authentic mexican food looking forward for taco Tuesdays 1.50 a taco View all feedback.

Had dinner with a friend tonight and we enjoyed having the place to ourselves. Nicely remodeled, generous portions, friendly staff, and food was delicious. Apple dumpling was excellent even without ice cream! View all feedback.
If you are visiting Somerset you need to put this place on your list. Small locally owned restaurant that serves an awesome breakfast for a very affordable price. Our waitress Dani was so friendly. She even commented on how big their pancakes were so we may not be able to finish a full stack. She was right, we couldn’t even finish the small stack. Eggs were fresh. Bacon crispy!
We came across this restaurant by chance and it exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious and the portions were generous (the pancakes are particularly huge). Everything was cooked perfectly and not greasy at all. Our server, Dani, was exceptional. She was attentive, kind, and went out of her way to make sure our family was well taken care of. She even made sure our child was comfortable and entertained throughout the meal. If we could, we would give her twenty stars out of ten! We enjoyed our experience so much that we visited again the next day. We highly recommend this delicious spot to anyone in the area!
This restaurant is a hidden gem in a remote location. Although the exterior may not be much to look at, I have eaten breakfast here three times. Twice I ordered the pancakes with sausage gravy and biscuits. The pancakes were huge and thick, filling up the entire plate. The sausage gravy and biscuits were some of the best I have ever had. The staff is also wonderful. They serve authentic Mexican food, and I am excited for Taco Tuesdays where tacos are only $1.50 each. Looking forward to my next visit!
My husband and I decided to skip the hotel breakfast and found this place on Google. It turned out to be the best decision we made all day. Our waitress, Dani, was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions and anticipated our needs before we even had a chance to ask. The food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning to Country View Cafe next time we are in the area. 5/5 stars!
This place is a true diner with friendly, local staff. The food was delicious at a reasonable cost and came out quickly. They were also able to accommodate our larger party. Tammy (our waitress) was a delight!!!
