"Did they hire a child? There was a 11/12-year-old-looking girl working behind the counter when I came here. The cashier was trying to enter an employee discount for an employee who came in to eat. Having trouble entering the discount, the cashier went back to the kitchen to seek help from her co-workers. A young (11/12 years old) looking girl came to the front, confident that she thought she could help. However, she was relatively argumentative with her coworkers, and she acted like she had to prove to them that she knew how to fix the situation. It ended up causing the employees to take much longer to figure out the discount, and left me waiting an unusually long amount of time in line. I understand that everyone’s situation is different, and sometimes kids have to work, but it seemed odd to me that a 11/12-year-old looking/acting individual would have so much freedom in a fast food kitchen."
