Never been in this restaurant until the other day. The employees were amazing and got the orders they quickly and other customers seemed ecstatic from the environment they created. Food was mediocre. Price was fair. Staff acted preoccupied. I had to break into their conversation to make my order. The worst part was paying, I was expected to include a tip. Now I'm not against tipping. I do regularly tip at restaurants that wait on the tables. Firehouse does not. So just what exactly am I supposed to tip for?
