"Absolutely the BEST Indian food in the NH Seacoast and Southern Maine areas. The Singh family is dedicated to their loyal customers above and beyond just a restaurant experience. Their customers are family; they truly care about each and every person they serve. I have learned so much about Northern Indian cuisine from my wonderful friends at Shalimar. Every entree, side dish, ingredient, and all the amazing spices are explained so that you are eager to try new culinary treasures, and develop your very own favorites. Plan on spending time when you dine at Shalimar; it is a wonderfully relaxing experience with delicious lunch and dinner choices. Shalimar also has amazing desserts! "We had made a reservation for Sunday Brunch and upon arrival at Sonny's wereimmediately greeted and seated at our table. The server was great. She wasattentive to our needs without hovering over us. The cocktails were delicious andwe were really happy with our bloody marys. We were impressed with the selection ofbreakfast items on the menu and the food was good. The only exceptionwas that my poached eggs were a little over cooked. My brother had the shrimp andgrits and those were the best grits ever!Overall, we had a great experience and would return for the Sunday Brunch"

"Came here for breakfast and it was decent in comparison to other places we've had breakfast at. The biggest problem is that the food is just not seasoned at all and was bland. My husband loved his kielbasa but, my bacon was very hard. Had about a 20 minute wait but, service was fast once sat and it was clean."
