First off, the sauce. On point! It has a freshness and zest that brightens all their dishes. The zing of tomatoes made my mouth salivate as I am eating the food. Second, the pasta and bread. Perfectly cooked and are perfect vehicles for the sauce. The pasta had chorizo shavings on top which added a salty n smoky profile which was to die for. There was a perfect balance rather than an overwhelming oiliness I generally know of."
