The donuts tasted like they were at least a day old, and the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. I ordered six donuts, a drink, and a sandwich, which totaled $27. It seemed like the prices might change depending on the customers that walked in. View all feedback.
I ordered hot coffee and hot chocolate, but I received them cold instead.
When the restaurant is run by the owners, it's not uncommon to receive disappointing results. The coffee I got at 7:06 am was old and watery, the egg wasn’t warm on the croissant, and the iced tea tasted like it was made the day before. I didn't taste any items until I reached my destination, and it was a mobile order. Additionally, they have their reward offers turned off for items that are unavailable at their location. If you bring this to their attention, they will acknowledge it and offer something for free.
They exchanged glances before the woman rudely responded, "Well, next time be sure to let us know before we start making it, okay?" I was taken aback since I had clearly communicated my request. I explained that I did mention light ice, and she retorted with an attitude, "Yeah, I didn’t hear you say that, so...". At that point, I felt very disrespected as a customer and apologized for her not hearing my initial request. Then, she went on to say that it wasn't her responsibility since she wasn't the one making the drink, implying that it was insignificant to her. I tuned her out at that point because I just wanted to get out of there. Overall, it was a terrible experience. This was only my second visit to this location, and it will likely be my last.
Sad excuse for a Dunkin. Messed up my entire order. Do yourself a favor and keep driving to the Dunkin in Bridgewater.
I'm disappointed that they use only half a sausage patty on their breakfast towel nowadays. not as filling as they used to.
