Available outdoors. Good tasting Mexican food. Price range by $18 average per meal. Not very crowded for lunch on weekdays. You can just walk in and find many seats. This place is located in the Row meeting opposite water in front of the river St. Many parking spaces are available in roads or nearby garages with 3 hours free parking and then $2 for extra hour. What User doesn't like about Papagayo:
We tried the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla, which tasted well, but was so dry and had large chunky chicken pieces that fell out. Steak Fajita was not well cooked and the meat was so tough. The Margarita pitcher was very good. Their chips and guacamole were also delicious (very tasty, but not easy to eat as acti-cable). Overall, I didn't like the food here.
