We have booked this hotel through Agoda on 24th Dec 23, when we reached hotel around 7.30 pm with kid they denied check in for us and told the room was not available for us. Since it was a seasonal time seems they were trying to make changes on the charges which we paid already.they were told that I have paid less and asked to pay extra..then what is the need of paying the amount and booking in online..When we starte...
