What User doesn't like about Rua Bai:
Waitress very nice but zero on english. Ordering took almost half an hour and then comes the wait for the food. That took over an hour delivering 1 dish at a time. Not to mention my honey lemon tea hot was made with Jasmine green tea and lime. Definitely not the kind of 1st meal in the town i was expecting. I would not go there ever again View all feedback.
