I've been to the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong and had their High-Tea. I was a bit disappointed with the High Tea in Taiwan as I felt that they were more concerned about the appearance of the food more than the taste. It was almost like eating too much candy or something (no finger sandwiches or other things to eat).
