one of my soria reference restaurants, especially when I have to spend on friends outside. a very professional and friendly treatment, some dishes that are very good (from time to time I return on the risotto of trigueros and mushrooms and to the chuleton to the weight, but I would also have to mention the rabo of bull) and some desserts that surprise pleasantly (such as vinegar ice cream.)
