My wife and I had a very poor meal at Fuoro tonight. My wife's chicken was not properly cooked and was still bloody inside. She sent it back and, to be fair, they swiftly replaced it with a well cooked piece of beef. It wasn't really what she wanted, but she wasn't prepared to risk another portion of chicken.
