"The Norma's Plant Based Cuisine is located in the Adventist Book Center and now offers a 100%vegan menu. From sandwiches to burgers, wraps to salads and smoothies in between you will find a variety of foods to choose. Among the favorites are vegan pizzas, packs and smoothies. I was disappointed to see the heavy use of impossible products in the courts, as many studies show that this is unhealthy SDA, this is not part of the health news... I would like to see this change to a more holistic approach. The owner Norma is very accommodating and uses fresh ingredients in their dishes. She takes care of cleanliness and wipes off her equipment and utensils between commands. There is also a take-and-go area and drinks. Nice seating area in the interior. "The service was good however, we've had better. I ordered the pineapple green tea and lychee and dragon fruit green tea and they both lacked flavor and sweetness. It tasted like flavored water to be honest."
