The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is that as far as the actual traditional chili goes, I am a loyal fan of their hometown counterpart.

Everyone knows Gold Star Chili's food, so this review is strictly about the service at this location. Horrible service.

I agree with JohnGood food but HORRIBLE and slow serviceDrove up to the drive thru and could see most of the staff outside smoking.
