I wouldn't say it's great but I also wouldn't say it's bad. I've gotten food from Gems on several occasions. The bagels are alright but I prefer bagels that are a bit crunchier on the outside. The cream cheeses are pretty good. The breakfast sandwiches are good but I wouldn't say it's anything amazing. The prices are also a bit high for what you get when it comes to the sandwiches.
