We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea. The staff was very accomodating of our children and was able to seat us much earlier than our reservation. The food was great, and we had plenty of extra treats on our tray to share. View all feedback.

We do/did regularly stay here but nowadays, i would be wary of them. A good hotel gone bad? possibly but it does need to be fixed or all that million pound plus refurb will go to waste. bad food good service ok good food bad service ok but bad food bad service bust View all feedback.

read moreHotel was in need of significant upgrade. New owners have not investmented in the property. Hotel is understaffed and this was very poor experience
