Go regular for a treat night or if I am being lazy. Not had one bad meal in the last 4 years of going. I usually get pizza but had pastas and suppers. We ordered fish and chips as we had no time to cook. The food arrived, and I wished I had cooked after all. The chips were supposed to be made to order, and they were hard and chewy. The fish…. Again was supposed to be fresh to order too. The fish instead of being white meat was dark and had been sitting probably for some time. "This was in times past a little gem in Ayr a perfect place for that romantic night where you could have a beautiful night but sadly our latest experience told a very different story, A table of four sitting right next to us shouted, screamed and used very foul language all night. When they left several tables were glad to see the back of them. I mentioned to the manager that I was disappointed they didn't have a word asking them to keep it down. The manager said they didn't hear anything which I don't believe as they place really isn't that big. It ruined out night and we regret going which should not be how you should feel when going out. Its really disappointing and we would think twice about going back if this is the type of customers they want to attract"
