Very bad management. I went in to use the restroom before I ordered food, since I needed to relive myself urgently. The manager seen my need and insisted I had to order beforehand. Even after I let her know I’d order after I peed, she refused to open the door for me. I peed myself due to her stubbornness. The potato side was ok. Good taste but a little too wet feeling for me. The other dish was #19 the works, very good and more food than could be eaten at one sitting. The food and service was great. We came a bit before lunch but I could it would be very busy during a lunch rush .
