Yummy in my tummy and my parents' tummies! I got the bun xao and it was real good! The nuoc mam was perfect flavor and the meat they used was really soft and yummy. My dad is a real judgey eater when it comes to restaurants but he loved it here! It'll probably be his new spot to go with my mom. Very clean and the service was incredible. My husband and I both had bun bo Hue and the taste was not good. They had pork butt and some beef shank in the bun bo but no blood cubes or pork leg. The meat balls tasted funny and didn ' 't go well with the bun bo hue. The meatballs have a little shrimp in them. Not the typical cha hue that goes with bun bo hue.
