Today I was totally taken unawares when we dropped into Subway while out for a walk. Usually it is for lunch either eat in or takeout but today it was just for a coffee. Waited in line for about 20 minutes to place order only to be informed by a lovely server.. sorry, there are 4 of us here BUT NONE OF US ARE TRAINED ON HOW TO MAKE COFFEE .
