What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
this place goes downhill. a few months ago, I would order and my drink would be right every time. I went for a coffee yesterday and today and they both did it wrong. Yesterday I returned my drink and said it was wrong and told them what I wanted and they did it wrong again. today is the same thema. the staff who worked a few months ago was amazing. the new rentals are not good at all and don't let me come back. "Pizza was horrible sauce was watery dough was chewy none of the toppings we paid for was on there and there was burnt crusty pieces and everything just tasted awful And we called as soon as we got home and no one picked up and we have no way of getting ahold of anyone and cheese tasted like straight up plastic"

"Absolutely do not go here.!! The images you see of the menu items are not accurate. The portion sizes are small and skimpy. I have been twice and the service has been very slow and the server not very knowledgeable. Also each visit upon exiting the Whiskey Exchange there has been the same gentlemen that meets you on the street very amicably and insists on walking with you to your car,then asks you for money like he is waiting for the patrons to exit. Very uncomfortable situation. The South Bend police know him by the name of Darrell. They cruise by and ask you if everything is ok. Its very sketchy. This is no fault of the Whiskey Exchange. Just go elsewhere. Maybe they havent found their groove yet but they have alot of work to do before I would ever make it an evening destination or refer anyone there."

"Always fantastic food every time we order! This specific time did not disappoint. All food was hot and fresh. The pastor tacos were nice and juicy and came with the requested extra limes. The kids grilled cheese was cooked perfectly and very cheesy as well as the kids cheese quesadilla."
