"Have not had Long John Silver's in years, but finally decided to try this place out. Service was pretty good overall, but we did not get all of the food we ordered. It is also very hard to understand the person at the drive through because they either speak too fast or the speaker needs replaced. I would consider going again in the future, but disappointed my order was wrong and we only order one meal."

"Our waitress was amazing, so understanding of my 4 years old and expects our (especially its) needs. I feel so happy when I have a waitress who understands how to deal with packby toddlers. The food was amazing and the rolls with big and dry! Nice atmosphere. We tried to go to the commemorative day and it was full, so we went the next day and were not disappointed. The steak quality is spectacular, I was surprised by plan and the sangria margarita was amazing! Will definitely be back."

"It's exactly how you think a small tavern would look in a small city..... friendly atmosphere, great service and the food was amazing! I have the chicken pliers with other reviews and they have not disappointed! They are massive and tasty, I have half the order and could eat only 1 out of the 2. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger and said it was extremely good and big, he couldn't even finish his fries after that. The staff was super friendly, the service was fast and the food is so worth it."

"Absolutely do not go here.!! The images you see of the menu items are not accurate. The portion sizes are small and skimpy. I have been twice and the service has been very slow and the server not very knowledgeable. Also each visit upon exiting the Whiskey Exchange there has been the same gentlemen that meets you on the street very amicably and insists on walking with you to your car,then asks you for money like he is waiting for the patrons to exit. Very uncomfortable situation. The South Bend police know him by the name of Darrell. They cruise by and ask you if everything is ok. Its very sketchy. This is no fault of the Whiskey Exchange. Just go elsewhere. Maybe they havent found their groove yet but they have alot of work to do before I would ever make it an evening destination or refer anyone there."

"Got 1/2 lb of rib tips and ribs with a side of mac n cheese. The meat were all delicious and tender. The side not so much and being $5 it?s kind of expensive for what taste and look like boxed mac n cheese. But the star of the show, the smoked meats, were well worth it. Really wanted to try the pork belly but they were unfortunately sold out."

"I ordered cookies to be delivered to my son at Notre Dame but the Doordash driver delivered it to a completely different address than what was specified on the order. When I called the store about it Pam was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite being alone in the store and very busy, she was courteous and patient and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. 5 stars for Pam!"
