Went here with a group of friends the day before Independence Day and it was completely dead, they do have a small dance floor and we made the most of it. The evening was rudely interrupted by one sketchy character coming in and belligerently hitting on my friend and her girlfriend and then crudely responding that they should both get with him the drinks were decent, though the lemon drop martini was very bitter. "I had never been to a Wings Ect. restaurant before and thought I’d give it a try. Overall, I thought the food was decent. The 99 cent traditional wings were a good value. I thought the burger was a little over cooked for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. My main critique was that the service was a bit slow, especially considering the restaurant was not at all busy at 9 at night. Overall, I would return, especially during the Monday wing special."

"Absolutely do not go here.!! The images you see of the menu items are not accurate. The portion sizes are small and skimpy. I have been twice and the service has been very slow and the server not very knowledgeable. Also each visit upon exiting the Whiskey Exchange there has been the same gentlemen that meets you on the street very amicably and insists on walking with you to your car,then asks you for money like he is waiting for the patrons to exit. Very uncomfortable situation. The South Bend police know him by the name of Darrell. They cruise by and ask you if everything is ok. Its very sketchy. This is no fault of the Whiskey Exchange. Just go elsewhere. Maybe they havent found their groove yet but they have alot of work to do before I would ever make it an evening destination or refer anyone there."
