The first time I've been to the Cafe was in August this year and it was really a pleasant surprise. Since then, I go there on a regular basis. The coffee and smoothie over there are AMAZING!!! What User doesn't like about Cafe Bien:
We went to Café Bien this morning for tea and coffee and realized that they didn't serve tea in a pot! All they gave us was a teabag in a mug of hot water and charged us $3.50 for it!! And yet a teabag only costs 20 cents so this is definitely a rip-off! Beware: tea-drinkers - don't ever go there for a cuppa; you might as well get more satisfaction out of drinking tea at home!!
