Ordered a takeaway meal consisting of vegan dishes by mistake I ordered a non vegan side. Restaurant rang me back to tell me, and ask if I wanted to swap it for something else. Great service and sympathetic to vegan diets. Food was excellent tasted very fresh, exotic and quite different from the ‘usual’ takeaway curry. Delivered piping hot and all in order. Ordered a curry takeaway on a Saturday night (6.30pm) for family and friends. Told to collect in one hour at 7.30pm. I promptly arrive on time to be told they are running behind and will be 5 mins. A ridiculous time of 50 minutes later my order is ready. Many other customers are having the same issue and ask for full refunds some are given and some are not.
