Mcdonalds - South Bucks

What barbristow doesn't like about Mcdonalds:
Ordered our breakfast online using their own app. 1 item was not received. Also food was left on door step, by their delivery company. Call restaurant explained what happen. No joy from the first person who all she said was pardon. Then I spoke with the manager and explain again. Comment was I had to go to them to collect the missing item or go there and get a refund.
