Went for the Essex fireworks, the food was outrageously overpriced, the brisket sandwich was tiny and dry even caked with coleslaw. The burnt ends weren 't even burnt, it was all fat. Wouldn 't recommend this overpriced money grab to my worst enemy. You couldn 't pay me to go back and eat their bbq . Save yourself some money and skip there stand when ever you see them. "After trying many times to go to this restaurant,unsuccessfully because of the pandemic, I finally was able to go. Food is pretty good and the bread reminded of my Italian preferred bakeries, but prices are a way too high. I never paid so much for a normal steak, even in top level restaurants, like Hilton in Rome or if I did, it was plenty of other sides. So if you are willing to pay $200-250 per two people, go ahead, but there are other valid alternatives in the area. I’m glad not to have brought all of my family, because I’d have spent a way too much and would regret it."
