"We ordered fish and chips here and they were flat out as they had two young people working there without a lot of knowledge on how to handle the rush and the boss was absolutely out of control trying to do it all and show these young ones the job .We took our meal back to our caravan , opened them up and they were the best fish and chips we'd ever had . There was four of us , I had grilled snapper and the others had battered snapper ."

"As we were staying at the Carnarvon Motel, we dined at the Hot Rocks one evening.The range and quality at the buffet was very good, too big a choice.I also had the Salmon Hot Rock, very good.The table service and bar service both very good.Highly recommend"

"The venue is very basic but functional. The chairs are comfortable. The menu is extensive. Our group had 4 different mains and everyone enjoyed their meal. The beer and wine prices were very reasonable after the excessive prices in the mining towns."

"Good customer service ! Food was great! It is a must to drop by this restaurant in carnarvon. We ordered Fried Rice, Beef with black bean, salt and pepper ribs, wonton soup , spring rolls and wonton, tofu with veggies ! Everything was fresh hot and tasty! Congratulations to the team of Bamboo Wok ! Will definitely recommend this restaurant the Vietnamese pandan dessert was yummy too."
