On 12/27/23 arrived at 9:40am to find the menu board had not be setup or breakfast. Had to ask if it was being server, order taker was speak super soft and bein...

Waiting 15 minutes for fries and the wrong drink when there were 8 employees in the store, no customers, and nobody else in line.

"Don't order a tuna wrap from here unless you plan on eating it with a spoon. I just received mine a few minutes ago via UberEats. The delivery person was fast and friendly, so it's not their fault. I asked for no vinegar oil and both were applied so heavily that when the wrap arrived, the packaging and other sandwiches in the bag were completely soaked. If you've ever fed kids, odds are you're tracking that vinegar-soaked sandwiches usually aren't received well. It was hard to overlook the sea of mayonnaise, but this vinegar soup wrap was just too much and we had to toss several items. This order cost way too much to be this crummy."

"The rude girl working drive thru acted like it was such a bother to take people?s order. Her tone was horrible and she was just rude! I told her i had 8.99 dozen coupon and she still rang up 12.99. Get to window n she made a guy take care of me which I?m glad but he wasn?t any better. I tell him i told her iabout 8.99 he sd well it?s already rung up. I sd nope it doesn?t work like that. He gets mgr and supposedly he put difference bk on my card. Not once did mgr say sorry nor greet me. Every worker there acted like they hate their jobs. If u deal with puplic u need good customer service. This place sucks!! And i recorded every bit, after the first words from the girl was ?
