Little House is inside of the Thuan Phat El Monte Superstore. Located right as you enter through the main entrance. They serve boba and ice cream and some food items. They have a buy 2 get 1 free deal. Milk Tea w/ Boba, large 3.25 .50 Good milk tea blend. Boba was warm and chewy. A little to sweet for me but I did not adjust the sweetness. I got the rose passionfruit tea which is a mix of green and black tea, crystal boba, and basil seeds. It was very good for the price. I can't remember the last time I paid less than $5 for a drink toppings. The tea flavor was good. It tasted more like passionfruit because the rose flavor didn't come through.
