This was the worst dining experience I have ever had at this particular Bob Evans restaurant. I should have known it would be a terrible dining experience when the server didn't write down our order. He brought out my breakfast one item at a time. I eventually had to go to the manager to complain about the poor service. One of the best Bob Evans I've been too, great service, good food
The food is fast=they are friendly and their customer service was really good especially for the age that they are I really enjoyed and had no complaints they could just clean up just a little bit better but what do you expect young kids/ I mean young adults . Waitress, Rachel, was very nice and stopped by a couple of times to ask if I needed anything. She was also courteous with her coworkers. The restaurant was clean, as was the restroom.
They always mess up my to go order, but the food is good.
My grandson wanted to go to Bob Evans...down on the farm!He enjoyed it, and so did 3 of his grandparents who adore him.Kid-friendliness: Bob is always friendly to children...they love him!
