The food was great. The staff was very busy. I ordered a 2 piece spicy chicken combo, which came with cole slaw. One piece of my chicken was regular (I remedied the spiciness with hot sauce) and the other was spicy. The cole slaw tasted like it had gone bad. The clerk politely exchanged it for some macaroni and cheese. The service was excellent and on point, despite the fact that they were very busy. Good job, folks! View all feedback.

The customer service here is truly abhorrent. I always have to repeat my order at least three or four times. They will still manage to get it completely wrong. They act as though you?re bothering them when you have to interact? They?re incredibly slow?even though they?re always what appears to be over staffed.
