"This was like many months ago now, me and my family went for lunch we sat outside because it was full inside my sister ordered carbonara and she saw a freaking fly inside her food, he asked the guy if she still have to pay for it and he said yes and he blamed my sister for sitting outside and he didn’t even apologize!!! worst restaurant ever! staffs were really nice it’s just this one guy who was really rude to us!"

"I grew up eating banhmi, particularly in towns that are famous for the best (authentic) ones, so it’s hard to impress me. This place does an amazing job in developing their extensive menu, especially for the flavor-packed vegan options. You don’t have this anywhere else, be it California or Paris. Fresh and umami bun with the best genuine hospitality! I lost count of how many banhmi I’ve eaten from Lee and Emily."

"We ordered coffee and the special French Toast with banana & berries $17 (& bacon - extra $5????) Coffee was great and pretty fast considering queue. The French Toast while tasty was overpriced - 1 small slice of bread and definitely not $5 worth of bacon - not even one full rasher! Pretty disappointing, other items on regular menu looked great but seriously would expect more than 1 piece of bread for $22...."

"Had the pleasure of dining at Ruocco's for my dad's birthday. Although my steak was a little under cooked, the staff did everything they could to accommodate and fix the problem great service. I tasted some of the dishes my siblings had ordered and they were all superb. We will definitely be dining at Ruocco's again. :"
