This ice cream parlor is always very clean. The servers/cashiers are very friendly. I'm only giving four stars because if you place an order online to pick up in store, you cannot use coupon codes, like you can if you picked up an order at any other Baking Robbins locations. Google, Yelp, Baskin-Robbins website all said they are open until 10 p.m. Drove out of my way to go there, got there at 9:15p and they are closed. Change your listed hours or get better employees who stay open until they're supposed to View all feedback.
