Jessica Larissa was so amazing this evening. Jessica was very patient and polite to me as I placed my order. Even though the espresso machine was not working for my usual Caramel Latte, Jessica recommended me to try the new strawberry ? mint ? drink. I loved ittttt so much!!!! What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I stopped at 7:30 on a Saturday night. For the fourth time I am here and they were made of bread for the Chipotle chicken sandwich and from the dressage for the green goddess Salat. I got an automated suffering and closure of the drive-dru window. How can you be consistently out of bread in the busiest night of the week? Really disappointing. Bad customer service. Use here often for signature and steak and cheese. Very disappointed. It was terrible not even to eat, they do not make it as it is used.
