My order of wings were completely undercooked. I drove back the store and requested to speak with a manager where a young man acknowledged the complete rawness of the wings. A woman by the name of Jennifer then said they can offer a store credit or make a new batch. I again showed the rawness of the chicken and mentioned my son had already consumed one.
