Easily the best sandwich shop in the high street. Not too expensive, lots of choice and very friendly and experienced staff. Their huge popularity can sometimes mean the odd queues (specially around lunchtime) but it's definitely worth the wait! Their salad bar is also one of the best I've seen and I really appreciate the protective hygiene glass cover over all the food that you can raise and lower. Would happily rec... View all feedback.
What Lorraine M doesn't like about Madd Sandwich:
I ordered a hot bacon, brie, and cranberry baguette, but the bacon was cold and looked like it had been cooked a while ago. I also ordered a roast pork, stuffing, and apple sauce baguette, but the pork and stuffing were cold and resembled cat food. At £5 per baguette, it was not worth the money. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
The small sandwich I ordered was not worth the price I paid. The bacon filling was measly. I would recommend going to Tesco Express instead. I'm sorry, but I was not impressed.
The staff is wonderful, the salad bar and selection of fillings are great. It's refreshing to see a small business thriving! I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Love the salad bar, great idea! More places should do this sort of thing. The cake selection was also fantastic and I really like the toasted baguettes. Fabby for a lunch on the run!
By far the best homemade sandwiches, salad bar and hot items. Good prices too. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a takeaway lunch.
