Three of us called in for a hot drink and a cake. I ordered a hot chocolate but was not asked if I wanted cream and marshmallows. I noticed other customers ordering hot chocolate were given this option. The service was slow. Our cakes arrived a while before our drinks. "Visited this cafe just by chance looking for somewhere for a warm drink to get out of the rain with our dog 'The Bear '. Was welcomed in and guided to a table downstairs.
